Does your toilet have a weak flush or doesn’t flush at all? Check if the water level in your tank is set below the manufacturer’s water line. If it is, adjust the fill valve to the marked waterline or half an inch below the top of the flush valve overflow tube. If the flapper chain isn’t attached to the flush lever, clip the chain back onto the flush lever. If the flapper is closing right after you flush, the chain has too much slack. Adjust the chain to have minimal slack and trim any excess chain. If your flapper is installed correctly, you may have an incorrect flapper and it needs to be replaced. If there isn’t any water in your tank to flush, you have a problem with your fill valve and it needs to be replaced. If the water level in your bowl is too low make sure the refill tube is free of kinks and directing water into the overflow tube. If the issue persists you may needs to upgrade to the Korky MaxPERFORMANCE fill valve with an adjustable refill ratio. If water has trouble leaving the bowl, there is a clog in your bowl. Plunge the toilet to resolve the issue.
