Best Controller Movement Settings in Black Ops 6

Описание к видео Best Controller Movement Settings in Black Ops 6

In this video, I show you the best controller movement settings in Black Ops 6. With the new omni-movement seen in BO6 having the right movement settings is more vital than ever. For the most part, you will want to have complete control over your movement. This means turning off most the automatic movement settings will be best. However, there are several settings which are vital to good movement in Black Ops 6.

One setting that you will want to turn on is Sprint Assist. Specifically, you will want sprint assist to be set to tactical sprint and to have it turned on for both the sideways and backwards sprint. Doing this allows you to sprint in all directions automatically, rather than having to activate it yourself. With these settings you will be able to move around much quicker to evade enemies or reengage.

Additionally, you will want to ensure that you are using a sensitivity that is high enough to move quickly, without being too high that you can’t control it. Ideally, you will want to use at least a 6 horizontal and 6 vertical sensitivity. Anything lower may impact your movement and you won’t be able to reposition fast enough. Fortunately, with aim response curve set to dynamic it is easier to control faster sensitivities while still being accurate.

To get the best movement settings in Black Ops 6 you will also want to have the left and right stick min deadzones set as low as possible. Typically, having the left stick min set to 0 won’t cause any issues. However, if your controller has stick drift then the right stick min will need to be set higher. For newer controllers you will typically be able to use 2 or 3. However, you will want to have as little to no stick drift as possible.

Along with your movement settings, you will also want to have the best aim settings. Doing this will ensure that you can make the most of your movement by also being able to aim without issue. As previously mentioned, you will want to have the aim response curve set to dynamic. Additionally, you will want target aim assist turned on with motion sensor behavior turned off. If motion sensor behavior is enabled then you may find moving your controller will affect your aim in game.

For the best movement you will want to use the Hybrid option for the Slide/Dive Behavior setting. With hybrid you can make the most out of both the sliding and diving mechanics in Black Ops 6. However, most people are used to using tap to slide. Although you can use this option if you prefer, it isn’t the best option. Additionally, you will want to have slide maintains sprint set to on. Doing so allows you to move faster without issue.
