Maalaala Mo Kaya Recap: Cards (Rosela's Life Story)

Ever since she was a child, Rosela (Sophia Reola) always impresses her father, Ruperto (Tirso Cruz III), with simple magic tricks off her sleeve. Unfortunately, her utmost supporter soon succumbs to death, triggering a multitude of problems that affected her family. In need to help provide for them, Rosela (Janella Salvador) is forced to work for her relatives. Soon, an opportunity presents that rekindled her passion for magic. However, Josie (Assunta de Rossi) refuses to support any of this, as she believes that it only affects her daughter's priorities. Nevertheless, Rosela remains relentless in pursuing her passion, and eventually gains the support she has been longing for from someone dear to her.
