Описание к видео Should You REALLY Walk 10,000 Steps a Day For Good Health?

Get 10,000 steps a day and you’re on your way to a long and healthy lifestyle. We’ve all heard this haven’t we.
But is it true….
In a world where many things seem too good to be true, is it really as simple as walking 10,000 steps a day to drastically improve our health and fitness as many would have us believe.

It turns out the target of reaching 10,000 steps per day is simply an arbitrary figure that came out of Japan in 1965 with the release of the Manpo-Meter. The world's first wearable pedometer.
The ten thousand step per day figure is now entrenched in our minds as the target to aim for if we want to achieve a long and healthy life.

More recent studies however have shown this to not be entirely accurate and in this video, I will shine a bit of light on the 10,000 step per day figure.
