The "Panchu Pandab temple complex" located in Ganeswarpur village, is a 10th century Hindu temple complex , situated at a distance of about 30 kms from Cuttack , Odisha.

Built by the ruler of the Somavamsi dynasty near the Jalauka Hill, this magnificent temple had amazing stone carvings. The presiding deity of the temple is Lord Krishna with consorts Rukmini & Satyabhama, having his temple in the middle of the complex surrounded by four other minor temples.

According to the local legends, during their secret exile , the Pandab brothers in the Mahabharat time, stayed here in this place for a few days. They used to worship Lord Krishna during their stay here.

In the 16th century the temple was demolished by Muslim invader Kalapahada. He destroyed more than 80% of the main temple & damaged the deity's idol. Now, you can only find 3 surrounding temples present. However, the damaged stone idol of Lord Krishna is still being worshiped.
