Relishing unique flavours of India in a Chandi ki Thali! I am in Agra, staying in the Courtyard by Marriott and having their ROYAL INDIAN THALI in their MOMO CAFE. This Thali has many regional specialities like Kerala style vegetable stew, Rajasthani Rabdi Ghevar , Dhaba style Missi roti and some very unique starters like Takatak and Palak Til Tikki, which I will be trying for the first time! The season special, Smoked Baingan Bharta, Achari Paneer and Kumbh mutter have a real zing to them, and I can’t wait to share all this with you!
