酸菜
材料:
酸菜 300公克
糖 1大匙

作法:
1. 酸菜擠乾切末備用。
2. 鍋中倒入少許油將酸菜末炒乾,加入一匙糖炒至乾香。
標:炒乾才會脆口好保存

Sour Cabbage

Ingredients:
300g sour cabbage
1 tablespoon sugar

Directions:

Squeeze the sour cabbage dry and chop into small pieces.
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and stir-fry the sour cabbage until dry. Add one tablespoon of sugar and continue to stir-fry until the cabbage is crispy and fragrant.

辣炒菜脯
材料:
菜脯 200公克
辣椒末 15公克
蒜末 15公克

作法:
1. 炒鍋倒入少許油爆香蒜末與辣椒末。
2. 接著加入菜脯炒至乾香鬆散即可。
標:炒到乾香才會爽脆可口

作法:
1. 長糯米洗淨倒入電子鍋中與水混合,按下白米飯功能(約45分鐘),待時間運作結束將飯拌鬆。
標: 糯米與水比例1:0.7
2. 取一個塑膠袋,將乾淨抹布對折放入,舀一匙飯鋪平後鋪上蔥蛋、酸菜、菜脯、肉鬆與油條。
3. 將抹布左右往內壓緊,利用抹布將飯糰整型成橢圓形即可。

Taiwanese Style Rice Ball

Ingredients:
4 cups glutinous rice
2.8 cups water
1 tbsp shredded pork
1 tbsp pickled cabbage
1 tbsp pickled radish
scrambled eggs (as desired)
fried dough sticks (as desired)

Instructions:

Wash the glutinous rice and add it to a rice cooker with water. Press the "white rice" button (approximately 45 minutes). After the cooking cycle is complete, fluff the rice with a fork.
Note: The ratio of glutinous rice to water is 1:0.7.
Take a plastic bag and fold a clean cloth in half, then place it in the bag. Spoon a portion of rice into the bag and flatten it out. Add scrambled eggs, pickled cabbage, pickled radish, shredded pork, and fried dough sticks.
Tighten the cloth around the rice ball, and use the cloth to shape the ball into an oval shape.

紫米飯糰

材料:
長糯米 2杯
紫米 2杯
水 2.8杯
肉鬆 1大匙
酸菜 1大匙
菜脯 1大匙
滷蛋 適量
老油條 適量

作法:
1.紫米與長糯米洗淨,比例按照1:1混和好,倒入電子鍋中並倒入2.8杯的水,按下糙米飯功能,待時間運作結束將飯拌鬆。
標: 糯米與水比例1:0.7
2.取一個塑膠袋,將乾淨抹布對折放入,舀一匙飯鋪平後鋪上酸菜、菜脯、肉鬆、滷蛋與油條。
3.再舀一匙飯蓋上,將抹布左右往內壓緊,利用抹布將飯糰整型成橢圓形即可。

Purple Rice Rice Ball

Ingredients:
2 cups glutinous rice
2 cups purple rice
2.8 cups water
1 tablespoon pork floss
1 tablespoon pickled cabbage
1 tablespoon pickled radish
1 or 2 marinated eggs
Some fried dough sticks

Instructions:

Wash the glutinous rice and purple rice, mix them in a 1:1 ratio, then pour into an electric rice cooker with 2.8 cups of water. Press the "brown rice" function and wait until the time is up to loosen the rice.
Note: The ratio of glutinous rice to water is 1:0.7.
Take a plastic bag and fold a clean towel in half to put in it. Scoop a spoonful of rice and spread it out, then top it with pickled cabbage, pickled radish, pork floss, marinated eggs, and fried dough sticks.
Scoop another spoonful of rice to cover the filling, then press the towel inward from left and right to shape the rice ball into an oval shape.

直式長型飯糰
材料:
白糯米 3大匙
老油條 1條
肉鬆 1大匙

做法:
1. 取一個塑膠袋,將乾淨抹布對折放入,舀2匙飯鋪平後漿油條放上,1/3處往內折並舀入1大匙肉鬆,並用力的往下壓,再將剩餘的1/3油條往中央折,將抹布左右往內用力壓緊成長條狀,再以抹布用力將飯糰往內捲,一直用力擠壓直到飯糰變成扎實長條即可。
標: 利用抹布一直用力往內壓緊才會口感扎實

Vertical Long Rice Roll

Ingredients:
Glutinous rice 3 tbsp
Fried dough stick 1
Pork floss 1 tbsp

Instructions:

Take a plastic bag and fold a clean cloth in half and put it in. Scoop 2 tablespoons of rice and spread it flat in the cloth. Put the fried dough stick at 1/3 of the rice, fold it inward, add 1 tablespoon of pork floss and press it down firmly. Fold the remaining 1/3 of the fried dough stick towards the center, then press the rice roll tightly with the cloth to form a long strip. Then use the cloth to roll the rice roll tightly, pressing it inward continuously until the rice roll becomes solid.
Note: Pressing the rice roll inward with force using the cloth will result in a more solid and chewy texture.
