Super Bowl Sunday is about more than just the big game! There's hanging with your family and friends. There's the half-time show. And then there's the food! In my opinion, the food should take center stage. Just think about it: You have to feed your family and friends to fuel them for viewing the game, so why not make the food unique and interesting!?

This is where my kumquat-and-sriracha-glazed chicken wings come in. They feature kumquats, which are in season right now. And they're nice and spicy from the addition of sriracha. I think they're better than your average Buffalo wings. Whether or not you're a football fan, you will appreciate this exotic take on chicken wings, and you won't be able to stop eating them--I assure you of that!
