Kaalia Razacats deck tech

Razacats is a cEDH viable strategy and Kaalia is actually a commander that could utilize that. A lot of casual EDH players claim Kaalia is the best commander in the game. And every competitive magic player I know, can all explain why she isn't that good.

I have to agree with the competitive community. Kaalia isn't the best thing ever. But she has some potential. Or well there is a build you could do.
