Little oil
Drizzle of black soy sauce – used just to colour the dish
1 tbsp fish sauce
¾ tbsp soy sauce
1 ½ tbsp oyster sauce
¾ tbsp sugar
A handful of basil leaves

Fired egg and rice to serve
