Growing up in a community of families, friends and absolute unity. Where people take delight in everyone knowing everyone. And looking out for your neighbor carries significant meaning and has always been the American dream. The ideal community where everyone is trustworthy, reliable and reserved. A community of model citizens and peacful streets is the pictures painted by a vast majority. However, Drizzle Dollar has a quite different perception of his community. For Drizzle, his community setting was a little different. Growing up in The Partments, Drizzle finds his neighborhood to be an urban nightmare.
With residents constantly nosing around, feasting on gossip and twisting the rumor-mill. Living in The Partments took on a whole new meaning. There was a greater chance of betrayal than survival, residing in The Partments.
