Is the Hero Xoom comfortable? In a word yes. The seats are nice and flat and you sit comfortably. The foot board is not as spacious as it could have been because of the large cubby holes in the apron through. Not that it interferes with your feet but that if you wanted to stick a bag between your feet on the footboard, it'll have to be a reasonably small bag. On the suspension front, Hero's shown that they're really good at tuning suspension across their range and the HX is not an exception. It doesn't rattle or thud through the bumps like most scooters. It feels firmly damped, almost stiff, but is quite pliant and when you ride with a pillion, the comfort levels improve further. Not that the 110cc scooter segment lacks comfortable scooters today, but here's another solid option on that front.
