Indian -Vegetarian Recipe from Gujarat, India. This is one dish that is near and dear to every Gujarati anywhere in the world!!! Rice flour is cooked with different spices boiled in water and then steam cooked.

Serve as snack (top it off with peanut oil
and achar masala)
Serves 3-4 adults

Ingredients
rice flour (1 bowl). It can also be made with jowar, wheat flour.
water (3 bowls)
green chilli paste (3 chillies): 2 de-seeded chillies and one with seeds to retain spiciness)
roasted cumin powder (cumin seeds dry roasted for 5 min on very low flame)
cumin and ajwain seeds
baking soda (1 tablespoon)
salt
sabudana (1 tablespoon -presoaked for 15 min)

Tips:
1. Add sesame seeds and cloves to the dry masalas if you would like!
