DIY Japanese Knot Bag | Sew Along for the Hello Sewing FREE Pattern

In the need for an adorable bag? Maybe a quick project to practice your sewing skills? This is a great project! The Japanese Knot Bag is a really unique shape having asymmetrical handles which allows the bag to close without the use of a button or zipper.

This is also a great pattern to practice altering! You can definitely make this bag larger and if you aren't ready to take the leap into pattern alteration, there are a ton of free patterns online. I chose this particular one because I needed a smaller design to use some gorgeous fabric my sister sent me from a Japanese second-hand store.
