This guide is aimed toward people who want pure performance.
Following this guide will decrease overall security on your computer and it will hurt compatibility with certain things.
It's recommended you have a second install of windows or a second computer for compatibility purposes.

MUST DO BEFORE FOLLOWING THIS GUIDE
Backup important files to either your USB drive or 2nd HDD & upload them to a file hosting site
(school & work stuff, password manager, music, pictures, game config files, ETC)
Know how and be willing to reinstall windows in case something goes wrong
Have a bootable USB drive with a windows install on it so you can easily reformat
Double check to make sure you have backed everything up

Updates
NVIDIA DRIVER: Latest version of the driver is fine. If it gives you issues, try 451.48. If you can't access nvidia control panel, you installed the wrong version of the driver. Use WHQL
WINDOWS VERSION: 1607 LTSB is the best windows 10 version (FACEIT/ESEA compatible, DirectX 12 compatible, normal timer. It is NOT compatible with RTX, so if you want to use RTX you need at least 1809)
DISPLAY SCALING TWEAK:    • Force Display Scaling v2  
BIOS:    • BIOS Settings - Win A-Z Pt2  
PROCESS LASSO: I forgot to mention in the video - set your games to normal priority. Don't set them to high, it causes input and stability issues!

1607 Specific Tip
When on 1607 I've had to enable the task scheduler service in services.msc or else my task bar would be very slow/freeze, you may need to do the same
