Today I’m trying something new again on my drum carder - taking a combed top fibre braid and carding it to hopefully do a semi-woollen spun yarn! I experimented with 3 different ways to load the fibre onto the carder but didn’t find much visible difference in the batts.

This braid is 100% untreated Cormo I bought from Myrtle Yarn (links below!) in her colourway Incognito.
