For communication/love spell meditation: imagine them in front of you and look and see if there’s a cord connected to your throat area and theirs. Imagine that cord growing thicker and thicker. Then move onto the heart area and do that same. After that I want you to imagine them reaching out to you and focus on your feelings, really imagine it as if you’re living in the moment. Put as much energy as you can into the spell and repeat the meditation if needed. You can do this meditation once a week, but try to spend the rest of the week focusing on something else.
Wednesdays and Fridays are great days to do it, do it when you feel confident and powerful don’t do it if you’re anxious especially if you’re anxious abt the connection. Only abt 10-15 mins, a little energy goes a longgg way Let me know if you have any questions ❤️❤️
