Indian Mithais are generally made at home during festivals and this halwa is a great dish made from Sweet potato, khoya, and ghee and is delicious to eat. A perfect dish for any festival.

Sweet Potato Halwa

Ingredients
Sweet Potato Boiled 3 no
Ghee 3Tbsp
Assoted Nuts 3tbsp
Sugar 4Tbsp
Khoya (Mawa) 1 Cup
Cardamom Powder 1Tsp
Nut Meg ¼Tsp
METHOD:
1) Grate sweet Potatoes & Keep it aside
2) Heat Ghee In a Kadai, add assorted nuts and saute till golden brown.
3) add sweet potatoes, mix well and saute for 2-3 mins
4) add sugar, khoya, green cradamom powder, nutmeg powder, mix well and cook for 3-4 mins
5) remove from heat and add to a serving bowl
6) garnish with assorted nutus and serve hot
