Monsoon season is here, and it's time to supercharge our immunity the healthy way. In this video, I'm sharing two incredible drumstick soup recipes that are not only delicious but are also powerful immunity boosters for the whole family.

My first recipe is a classic Drumstick Rasam, a soulful and spicy soup that's a staple in many Indian homes. I'll show you my special technique for processing the drumsticks to get all the nutrients out and make this delicious red-colored soup.

Rasam-Style Drumstick Soup (South Indian Tangy)
(Serves 3–4) | You will need

Ghee– 2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Dry red chilies (gundu chili) – 2–3
Thecha of :
Garlic – 3–4 cloves Black peppercorns- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Tomato – 1 medium (chopped)
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
South Indian Garam masala(optional) – 1/2 tsp
Salt – to taste
Drumstick pulp – from 2 boiled drumsticks (reserve the stock)
Drumstick stock – 2 cups
Tamarind pulp – 2 tbsp

The second recipe is an amazing Asian-style drumstick soup—a vibrant green soup with refreshing lemongrass, garlic, and onions. To make it even more nutritious, I've added a powerful secret ingredient: moringa powder. This makes it the ultimate superfood soup to protect your family's health this season.

Asian Fusion Moringa Drumstick Soup
(Serves 3–4) | You'll need:

Asian-Style Drumstick Soup

Ingredients
Sesame oil – 1-2 tsp
Ginger – 1 inch (chopped)
Garlic – 3 cloves (chopped)
Green chili – 1 (optional) Lemongrass – 1 stalk (cut into long pieces)
Spring onions (white) – 2 tbsp (sliced)
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
White pepper – ½ tsp
Drumstick pulp - 1/2 cup
Drumstick stock – 2 cups
Moringa powder – 1 tsp
Spring onion greens – for garnish
