This Old C.A.R.T. Doesn't Need DRS To Reach +330 km/h

GoPro HELMET CAM View of 1999 CART (Champ Car) Reynard 99i at Baku City Circuit. These cars were monsters, even with high downforce setup I was able to reach over 330 km/h on the main straight without any modern gimmicks like DRS or ERS.
