About The Dead Electrics

The Dead Electrics are a beautifully dreadful buzz of electricity mixed with otherworldly synths. Their sound combines the poetic moodiness of the Doors mixed with a shadow of post-punk reminiscent of Interpol and a blend of early alternative.

Singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist Jaime "Jimmy" Aranda created The Dead Electrics in 2016 from the ashes of his previous projects. Seeking new sounds and a more artistic vision, the band features a revolving door of in-studio musicians and live musicians to create the backbone to The Dead Electrics sound.
