As I love sharing fun hack ideas to my patterns, I am going to show how to make an easy ruched blouse or a crop top with a drawstring detail in the front and trendy puff sleeves, using a Seashell Summer Dress pattern. There are few options on how to finish the bottom, you can use a skirt pattern and trim it up to the marked waistline or so, like I have made for a blush color satin top. Or you can finish it with the same edging like the top edges of the blouse are finished. You can get rid of the ruffles if you like. If you can sew in an invisible zipper, it's your level pattern.
