Description: Squeeze in a simple but fun 30 min. step workout using my NEW % timer. Work to 100%, and you'll be done! Begins with an invigorating warm-up, followed by 3 combos, where we'll do turnsteps with a bounce squat to the end, L-steps with punches, shuffle turns, arabesques, leg back, kicks corner corner and more, then we'll weave them together, and finish up. (Can you hear my little 5-month baby cooing? Brought him with us, a breastfeeding baby who is always hungry!)
