In February 2024, a strong winter storm passed on some parts of Israel.
This storm produced in just 3 days a huge amount of rainfall. In some places near the central coast of Israel, especially in the Netanya area 200-250 mm of rain had fallen, which is almost half of the annual rainfall. It caused enormous property damage and huge floods that flooded many streets and neighborhoods.
There were also lots of thunderstorms during this storm, as you can see in this video.
