Filo hoops filled with mashed potatoes and mushrooms
1 pack of filo leaves (about 14 filo leaves)
3 potatoes
3 Champagne mushrooms (about 35 units)
2 large onions
A teaspoon full of salt
3 tablespoons of oil + a quarter cup of oil
Instructions
In a wide saucepan over medium flame, bring plenty of water to a boil. Put 3 potatoes in a frying pan and cook for about 40 minutes / until softened. A knife that easily penetrates the potatoes indicates that the potatoes are ready. Drain from the liquid and set aside for cooling. Meanwhile, cook the potatoes and chop into small cubes 2 large onions and set aside. Chop with the help of Master Slicer Champagne Champagne from three packs and set aside. In a wide pan over medium flame, heat 3 tablespoons of canola oil. When the oil is really hot, add the onion cubes and fry until the onion turns golden. Stir occasionally. The baked goods can be prepared as fans, baked eagles or rosettes. To create the fans, place on the elephant across, on a worktop and on a bowl with a quarter cup of oil.
