Ingredients-
Whole Wheat Flour 1.5 bowl
Grated Jaggery 1 bowl
Coconut Oil 6-7 tsp
Freshly Grated Coconut 1/4 bowl
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Water 1-2 tsp if needed

Procedure-
1.Mix grated jaggery with melted coconut oil until well combined.
2.Add wheat flour, grated coconut, vanilla essence, baking powder and water if needed.
3.Combine and Knead.
4.Shape Biscuits.
5.Cook in Pan:Heat non-stick pan or any pan on low-medium heat for 5 minutes.Then Place greased plate in a pan, cover, cook 15-20 minutes.(Check frequently to avoid burning)
6.Cool and serve
