Описание к видео Hi Anxiety: Odeya Rush

Actress and filmmaker, Odeya Rush, shares that she was a stressed-out kid, but learning meditation and stopping anxiety spirals before they start have helped her through. She also reveals that immigrating to the U.S. as a kid was a challenging experience, and like so many people, she just wanted to fit in. Odeya reminds us that we’re not alone if we feel anxious, especially during the pandemic, and learning to accept uncertainty and practicing positive affirmations are really helpful tools.
