3/5/11 - In 2003 my dad was diagnosed with a heart condition. He was under the care of a cardiologist ever since. On February 26, 2011 he passed away peacefully in his sleep. We recorded our videos on January 26 and he died one month later, February 26. I was going to ask him to do some more recordings together. We're not able to do that now. I am so grateful that we were able to record a couple videos before he died.

1/26/11 - My dad, Jerry Barton, (playing a dulcimer) joins me performing a Carter Family song.
