Despite Hot Summer, Dams In Idukki Full| Mathrubhumi News

Idukki: Despite the summer temperatures soaring in the state, important dams in Idukki are full. The Idukki reservoir has 51 percent of its total capacity while the water level in Mullapperiyar, where even boating had to be stopped for lack of water, is 113 feet. The offtake of water by Tamil Nadu from Mullapperiyar also has come down: 100 cubic feet persond.
