Week 14: Sanderstead vs Dorking

George and Giles are on hols (not together) and Jallen is tentatively making his return after 8 weeks injured - perhaps a week or two early.

Dorking arrived at The Old Saw Mill at about 10am, keen to mete out another thrashing and giving us their second (albeit tuneless) rendition of Sweet Caroline of the season. Their professionals, Douthwaite and Erasmus, were on show but we had Longcock so what's the problem?

In June, Sanderstead were all out for 73 when we batted first against Dorking at their place, and lost quite easily. They say the first sign of madness is trying the same thing again but expecting a different result - so we duly won the toss and decide to bat first. Enjoy.....
