“Easy” is a leaked track by Travis Scott, with reference vocals from Rook Monroe. Work on the song began in late 2015, but it was never actually finished.

Various snippets of the song were available prior to the song leaking, the very first of which seems to have been teased in late 2015. The snippet features Travis mumbling, a common tactic employed when creating reference vocals. Later snippets coming at the start of 2017, including one coming from James Harden, sounded less demo quality. HQ snippets were later leaked alongside snippets for “Super Ruff”.

Fans have theorized that Southside produced this track, noting the sounds of the 808s. As for Rook Monroe, it’s likely that his verse is a reference for another artist or even Travis himself. Rook is a known writer, and his name appears several times on the credits list for Rihanna’s ANTi.

In late 2017, lots more snippets began to circulate as edits of the song were made and leaked. Finally, on December 25, 2017, Music Mafia leaked an edited version of the song with an extra chorus.
