Boosted Board Dual+ Speed Test

Testing out the speed of the Boosted Board in 4 different modes. The board supposedly goes 11 MPH in Beginner, 16 MPH in Eco, 20 MPH in Expert, and 22 MPH in Pro mode!

Results:
Beginner: 8 MPH instead of 11 MPH
Eco: 14 MPH insted of 16 MPH
Expert: 18 MPH instead of 20 MPH
Pro: 20 MPH instead of 22 MPH

The Boosted Board Dual+ clearly doesn't have a top speed of 22 MPH as advertised. It doesn't even go 20 MPH in Expert mode, as advertised!
