When using Excel for reporting, Power Query replaces 80% of the tasks previously performed by VBA macros. But what about the remaining 20%? In this session we look at why technologies such as Office Scripts and Power Automate are not ready to replace VBA, and how to apply the framework of low code/no code environments to optimize our approach to VBA.

Mark is a qualified accountant and reporting automation consultant who has been designing solutions to solve real-world problems for over 20 years. Whilst working in the media, food, retail, and manufacturing sectors, he has built extensive dashboard and process automation tools to achieve greater business insight and efficiency.
