This video is a behind-the-scenes look at 'Thunderbirds' and the models of the many land based vehicles that run on caterpillar tracks. This video focuses on some of the commercially available models used in the creation of these incredible machines.

This also covers some of the more memorable 'tracked' vehicles seen in 'Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons', 'Joe 90'. 'The Secret Service' and 'UFO'.

All of the Visual Effects were Supervised by Derek Meddings who also designed many of the vehicles along with Mike Trim.
