Jonny has been working with Verdant for the last few months, so when he found out they were rebrewing his favourite DIPA in the world, he leapt at the opportunity to talk to head brewer James Heffron about it, as well as his approach to all his DIPAs.

We talk through Putty, grists, the risks of new endless new beer and why Citra is everything.
