Ingredients
Rice 1 cup
Moong dal 1/2 cup
Masoor dal 1/2 cup
Palak puree 2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Garam masala
Coriander powder
Salt
Hing
Rai
Jeera
Bay leaf
Dry red chilli 🌶️
Veggies as per you choice
For tadka:
• Ghee 1 tbsp
• Hing ½ tsp
• Whole Red chillies 2-3 nos.
• Kashmiri red chilli powder a pinch
you can take any daal ( lentils )
You can ginger and green chillis in the grinder jar while making a palak puree
Add veggies which you like
