INGREDIENTS-

1.250gm Maida
2.Sugar
3.Salt
4.Saffron+Milk
5.Garlic
6.Ginger
7.Coriander Leaves
8.Green chilly
9.Capsicum
10.Onion
11.Homemade Cheese
12.Tomato
13.Oil
14.Jeera
15.Turmeric powder
16.Jeera powder
17.Salt
18.Chilly powder
19.Garam masala
20.Coriander powder
21.Tomato Sauce
22.Curd
23.Butter

METHOD-

First of all, In 250gm maida add 1 tbsp Sugar and salt. Add 2-3 tbsp Saffron+Milk. Mix well. Now add water and make a dough of it. Dough is ready now. Pour oil in a pan and add jeera. Now add garlic and ginger, fry it. After frying, add onions. Fry until it turns into brown colour. Now add 1/2 tbsp turmeric and coriander powder in it and mix well.After mixing, add capsicum to it and mix them.Add coriander leaves. After that add 2-3 tbsp tomato ketchup. And add salt according to your taste. Add 1 tbsp coriander powder and 1/2 tbsp Garam masala and Jeera powder. Mix all well. Now add tomatoes to it.Mix well. Then add coriander leaves to it. Add 1-2 tbsp Yogurt. Mix them and let it be cook for 4-5 mins. After that add paneer to it and mix well. After mixing, add coriander leaves to it and put the masala in plate. Make balls of the dough. Roll it like chapati.Then put it on the tawa. Heat until it change into golden brown colour. Add butter on both side. Now add masala in one side of it and wrap it. Now the Authentic Paneer Wrap Recipe is ready.
