‘Selling’ really is one of those 1%er things which can take a Pro Wrestler from good to great. It can have a direct effect on how well you engage with an audience and whether the fans watching your performance will ‘buy in’ or not. At the same time, it involves more than just being a good actor.

Some just get it naturally whereas others clearly struggle to sell the action organically. In fact questions on the topic have been the most common I’ve received through this channel! In this episode I discuss some ways in and out of the ring that you can improve your selling.
