Matt comes from a consulting and financial services background, having advised some of Australia’s most prominent organisations on corporate strategy and M&A. Now, after 10 years as Chief Strategy Officer responsible for strategy and M&A activities for Prosegur Australia, Matt Sykes is the Chief Executive Officer of the CIT’s strategic leap into multi-banking solutions, Precinct.

Louis Madeley, Managing Director Consillion UK
Louis offers over 30 years of experience in Sales Management, Consulting and M&A for the cash handling industry, gained through several senior management positions for NCR in New Zealand, Australia, and Asia. Before moving to the UK to lead the manufacturing side of the Consillion Group, Louis led the Sales Team as a General Manager of Singapore/Asia, first and then Retail (Australia).
