Scaling Up Mixed Media Collage

Описание к видео Scaling Up Mixed Media Collage

Scaling up paintings is challenging—it can seem like it would be simple, but then you get into the middle of it and sometimes it can be hard to figure out why it’s not working the way it did on the smaller scale. There are a number of things to consider, but in this video I focused on the challenge of getting my focal points to be the proper size for the bigger surface area.

If you find scaling up a challenge, I hope this video gives you a few new tools for your tool belt and also reminds you that it’s actually not easy. But keep trying and working with it—if it doesn’t turn out right the first or second attempt, that sounds normal to my experience! Keep going, you’ll figure it out.
