உப்பு -¾ டீஸ்பூன்
சீனி -1 டீஸ்பூன்
சமையல் எண்ணெய் -1டேபிள் ஸ்பூன்
வெதுவெதுப்பான தண்ணீர் -தேவையான அளவு -

Wheat flour - ½ kg
- Maida (refined flour) - 2 tablespoons
- chickpeas powder - 50 grams
- Salt - ¾ teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon
- warm water - as required
