1. Capacitive Touch Screen Manufacturing
Sensor Layer Production: Automated laser cutting and etching machines create ultra-precise touch sensor patterns on ITO/metal mesh films.

Controller Integration: Robotic arms auto-align and bond flexible printed circuits (FPCs) to touch sensors using ACF (Anisotropic Conductive Film) for error-free connectivity.

Functional Testing: Inspect sensor conductivity and detect micro-defects (e.g., scratches, disconnections) at 100% yield compliance.

2. LCD Full-Lamination Process
Precision Alignment: Automated optical alignment machines synchronize the touch sensor layer with the LCD panel (±0.05mm accuracy).
OCA Lamination: Robotic arms apply optically clear adhesive (OCA) film uniformly, while vacuum laminators remove air bubbles for perfect adhesion.
Edge Sealing: UV-curing robots instantly harden the OCA and seal edges, preventing moisture ingress and delamination.
