This is one of the hardest things I've ever had to share.

And I am doing it because I know the majority of the population has experienced some form of sexual abuse. It is my hope that by sharing this, we can all heal together.

These messages will not receive any reply back and will always remain anonymous. We know the healing power of giving your story a voice, and recognize that writing it out may be the first step you take in beginning to take back your power just as Adam did in this episode.
