#27 Calakmul - Tropical pyramids

Calakmul is one of the biggest Mayan sites ever discovered. With a stunning size of about 30 square kilometers you can find amazing pyramids and other structures in the middle of the jungle! 🇲🇽

Walking around in the heat of the tropical climate was pretty exhausting...but after climbing one of the highest ruins we were rewarded with an amazing view above the treetops! You could even see all the way to Tikal in Guatemala!

It was once again an impressive trip! 😉
