I'm not as familiar with Link's Awakening and the gritty details of how it works, but both of these are glitches I remember doing on the Super Game Boy back in the day. And both have ridiculous amounts of sequence-breaking potential.

To correct a few things I couldn't remember during the recording, Level 4 is called Angler's Tunnel (not cave), and the glitched areas in Metroid are apparently known as "secret worlds" or "hidden worlds".

I'm a bit embarrassed that I blanked on "Super Mario Bros." for a few seconds, though. Then again, a lot of the reason I decided to try doing videos in the first place is to practice vocalizing what I'm thinking at something like conversational speed (as opposed to writing out and revising things at leisure) and attempt to cut down on misspeaking and awkward pauses.
