自製「海苔酥」
材料
1 包 免洗紫菜
炒香的芝麻(適量)
食用油 (少量)
鹽 (適量)
糖 (適量)
醬油 (適量)
做法
1. 撕碎紫菜:將紫菜片撕成小片,放入碗中。
2. 翻炒紫菜:在鍋中加入少量的油,再放入撕碎的紫菜片,以小火慢慢翻炒,讓每片紫菜都沾上油脂。
3. 調味:加入適量的鹽、糖和醬油,繼續翻炒並拌勻,直到紫菜片酥脆。
4. 加入芝麻:最後將炒香的芝麻加入鍋中,與紫菜碎充分拌勻後關火。
5. 冷卻保存:將海苔碎攤平冷卻,放入密封罐中,保持乾燥保存。


Homemade "Crispy Seaweed"

Ingredients
1 pack of pre-washed seaweed sheets
Roasted sesame seeds (as desired)
Cooking oil (a small amount)
Salt (to taste)
Sugar (to taste)
Soy sauce (to taste)
Instructions
1. Tear the seaweed sheets into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
2. In a pan, add a small amount of oil, then add the torn seaweed pieces. Stir-fry over low heat, ensuring each piece is coated with oil.
3. Add salt, sugar, and soy sauce to taste, stirring well. Continue to stir-fry until the seaweed becomes crispy.
4. Finally, add the roasted sesame seeds to the pan and mix thoroughly with the crispy seaweed. Turn off the heat.
5. Spread the seaweed on a flat surface to cool. Once cool, transfer to an airtight container to keep dry and store.
