Exactly what we needed. Using this to pack an excision wound for a pinoidal cyst, and it's absorbant, keeps down gunk, doesn't irritate the area, and conforms to the space. Apparently it's the most comfortable packing as well. I have been using this for days when the patient is at work and comfort is vital (he is ten to twelve hours on his feet.) We alternate it with an iodine dressing overnight to reduce risk of infection.

It has been a long old haul this wound - the patient had to wait a year for surgery and there have been complications since, but this is the best dressing we have had. Highly recommended.
