In this video I give some feedback on using my new ROGUE AM-2 MONO's from a perspective of NEVER using a mono lifts before. There was some minor issues but over all these are an awesome product from Rogue and give yourself some time to adjust to using them.

Steel Socket Head Shoulder Screws/Bolts

You will need 2 of each plus self locking nuts for the threads listed below.

-3/8"x2" (threads 5/16"-18)
-1/2"x2" (3/8"x16)
