YAMAHA DX7 DEMO 1

The YAMAHA DX7 is 30 this year. One of the greatest synths of alltime. But still wrongly thought of as difficult to learn. I learnt the major sound shapers in days.

And have stayed with this amazing synth for 21 years. Im still learning from it. And being surprised by its remarkable sonic range. I am concentrating on the MK1 DX7 now.

It has a magic about it. Is slightly fatter than the MK2 with its 12 bit converters. And contrary to popular belief can do lovely strings as I try to show in this demo.

And other nice sounds few would expect to come from a DX7. My goal is to inspire other DX7 owners and FM fans. And show them the DX7 is truly worthy of being an alltime top 10 synth. And still has quite a bit of undiscovered magic to show those who really go into those parameters. Limitless sonic potential awaits you.
