Badam - 1 tbsp, roughly chopped
Pista -1 tbsp, roughly chopped
Cashew nut - 1 tbsp, roughly chopped
Oats (quick oats) - 1/2 cup (55 gram)
Ghee - 1/4 cup + 1 tsp
Wheat flour - 1 cup (120 gram)
Jaggery - 3/4 cup (150 gram)
Elaichi powder - 1/2 tsp
